Do you have a New Years Eve party planned? How about making some quick and easy ice lanterns to put on your porch or line your sidewalk? Take a plastic bowl and place some cranberries and fresh greens in the bottom. Fill with water, stopping about 1/3 away from the top of the bowl. Then take a smaller sized plastic bowl (I used a rubbermade snack dish) and fill that with water. Center the smaller bowl inside of the larger bowl. When frozen this will be the area for your candle. Then place in your freezer or outside. When completely frozen, release the ice from the plastic bowl by running a small amount of hot water on the outside of the container.
