What do you get when you bring together a goup of like minded creative people for an evening of inspirational discussion and scrumptious food in a graceful Texas home? The best descriptive word I can use would be Magical. Linda and Ludmil invited Deb and I to their home to help end our long day of travel to Texas. We knew the moment we stepped inside we were in for a beautiful treat. Linda had arranged our meal to be prepared by her friend Robert who is a trained chef. Robert used all locally produced and farm fresh ingrediants and each course was a delightful hit. Even the desert chocolates were handmade!
It was probably one of the best meals I have had in a long time~Deb and I were speechless. We were also joined by Robert's darling wife Kaci and sweet Mother-in-Law Luann. The talented three will be opening up a new business in Texas that is sure to be a hit. Also joining us for the evening celebration was long time Marburger dealers, Don and Kathy Gross. Our conversation was filled with small business talk, lessons learned and new paths to try, sprinkled in with Linda's humorous stories that Ludmil wanted her to share. I don't think I stopped smiling the entire night.
Linda the brilliant hostess, set the farm table using her signature pink color vintage linens and white china. She placed simple sprigs of greenry and pears on the table which complimented the easy elegance of the dinner.
~Thank You to our Texas friends for a Magical evening I will never forget~
