Happy Birthday Mr. PracticalPants:)
This was the first and last time he was ever on a horse. You see, soon after this photo was taken, Mr. PracticalPants tried to use his cute little spurs to get the horse to go. As you can see the horse was a little sleepy and had better things to do so he decided to buck Mr. PracticalPants off. Such a cute cowboy:)
